- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

You can amend your order within 4 hours upon your order receipt. For any changes after 4 hours, please contact us via +971 50 607 3314 to see if we can make the changes.

After you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.

Cash refund is not possible after you receive the products that you ordered. We can give you a store credit to be used for your next order. If you find a defective item the time you receive the order, please contact us to see how we can support you. Please note, customised / personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We check all orders carefully before we send to you, but we are all human and can make errors. So you can always reach out to us if you receive a damaged or faulty item and we can either send you a replacement or store credit.

For a better shopping experience we work with the best possible service providers for deliveries and this comes with a cost. Each shipment & return has a seperate cost therefore we need to charge this extra cost to our customers to keep our expenses balanced so we can buy more quality materials to make better products for you. All our products are handmade in UAE but all materials are purchased from different countries to bring you the best quality and variety.

Shipping is free if your order value is 750 AED or more under one billing. If your order is less than 350 aed then shipping cost is flat 25 AED across the UAE. Our aim to ship your orders within 5 working days, if your order needs to be customised / personalized, it may take longer.

If you need delivery to multiple addresses, please place your orders separately and shipping cost will be charged separately unless your orders are more than 350 AED

Yes, we will send tracking number to your e-mail ID after your order is shipped.
